Job title – Volunteer coordinator.
An exciting position has become available for a Volunteer Coordinator based at our Birkenhead Park office. This is an unpaid voluntary position and is based on 10 hours work per week.
Role Requirements – We seek an enthusiastic volunteer with administrative experience to shadow our current Administrator until the end of September when the successful candidate will take over full responsibilities as set out below. A good working knowledge of common software packages such as MS Word, Excel, and social media, in particular Facebook, will be a prerequisite. Ability to work well with a diverse group of committee members and volunteers, have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisation and record keeping skills. Ability to effectively manage a wide array of tasks, projects, and responsibilities. Must exercise good judgment. Willingness to adjust hours to accommodate the needs of the job.
