Job title - Administrator.
An exciting position has become available as Administrator to our committee and volunteers based at our Birkenhead Park office. This is an unpaid voluntary position and is based on 10 hours work per week.
Role Requirements – We are looking for an enthusiastic volunteer with administrative experience to shadow our current Administrator until the end of September when the successful candidate will take over full responsibilities as set out below. A good working knowledge of common software packages such as MS Word, Excel, and social media, in particular Facebook, will be a prerequisite. Ability to work well with a diverse group of committee members and volunteers, have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisation and record keeping skills. Ability to effectively manage a wide array of tasks, projects, and responsibilities. Must exercise good judgment. Willingness to adjust hours to accommodate the needs of the job.
